Information for “Cakes for a Cause” Bakers

All bakers will receive their cake numbers and auction times by mail, along with tickets for the Bakers’ Party.

Cake drop off: Cakes should be brought to the Miami Valley Centre Mall on Thursday, April 27, between 10 AM and 5 PM. You may deliver to the service door near the JC Penney Catalog pick-up door – it will be marked “Cake Drop-Off”. Please bring your incentive with your cake.

Cake covering: For safety reasons, all cakes should be covered with a clear covering. If you choose not to put plastic wrap on your cake, we suggest putting the cake in a bakery box with a cellophane window, or using a box with plastic wrap instead of a lid. Auction times: The auction takes place on Friday, April 28 from 12 noon until 5:00 PM. If you wish to request a specific time for your cake, contact us to make your request. We will accommodate those requests received prior to April 1, on a first come-first served basis.

Bidding: Pre-auction bids will be accepted at Thursday’s Bakers’ Party, and Friday morning at the Mall from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM.
Phone in bids should be made during the auction by calling 778-2322 (778-CFAC).
